Returns Poplicy
Many of our products carry a manufacturers warranty. Argy Pets advises customers to read  and comply with the warranty conditions.
Argy Pets will only accept products with faults of  manufacturing, product malfunction or failure.
We will NOT accept products for return for change of mind purchases, misused or damage by the customer.
All globes are tested and are working before shipment , make sure of correct setup with lighting thermostate.
Argy Pets will NOT refund! we will exchange or replace only if faulty, if found to be not faulty or misused the product will be returned to customer at your expence.
Freight may take upto 14 days for Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory.
In most cases orders are sent within 7 days. As we need the funds to clear before we send.
Please email or phone if your order has not arrived within 14 days.
